About Our Business
I spent ten years working in waterproofing for other contractors. I saw a lot—basements that flooded the same way twice because nobody explained the real problem, homeowners ignored because the job was straightforward, whole properties treated like they didn't matter. That bothered me. Portland gets serious rain, and I know what happens when water finds a crack. I watched it destroy foundations, rot wood, turn crawl spaces into disasters. But I also saw contractors who didn't care about the difference.
I started this business because I'm a Portland native. I grew up here. I know our climate. I know what protecting a home actually means. And I wanted to do it the way I believe it should be done—with the same care I'd put into my own place. Every sealing job, every foundation repair, every conversation matters. Not because it's a quota. Because it's someone's home.
'We leave your home cleaner than we found it. It's not about being perfect—it's about respect.'

Integrity is the foundation. I've seen homeowners hesitate to call contractors back because they don't know if they'll be told the truth. We say what the problem is. We explain why it matters. We don't upsell. We do this because trust is fragile and once it's gone, it takes years to rebuild—and most of us don't have time for that.
Every job deserves full attention. Whether it's a small crack or a major foundation issue, we show up the same way. Early jobs taught me that—I met homeowners who felt invisible to their last contractor. We take pride in every single project because that property, that job, that problem is the one that matters right now. Not the next one.
Respect changes how you work. We treat your home's landscape, your entry, your yard the same way we treat the foundation. Mud tracked in? Not on our watch. Tools left behind? Doesn't happen. That's not extra—that's baseline. The reason is simple: homes matter to people, and their space deserves the care they give it every day.
Working with us means talking to someone who's done this work—not reading from a script. We walk around your property, listen to what you've noticed, ask the questions that matter. Then we explain what we see and what we'd do about it in plain terms. You'll know where the risk is, why it matters, and what fixing it actually involves.
When we're here working, you'll notice the small things. Covered shoes on entry. Drop cloths under anything that might spill. Questions answered the moment you ask them. It's because we know our work is inside your home—the place you live, sleep, and build your life. That weight means everything to how we show up.
If you've got a water issue, a foundation concern, or just want to know if your home is solid, reach out. We're here to share what we know and help you protect what matters.
